My research focus on the advanced materials for electrochemical energy storage.  The reserach topics inculde but not limited to the electrode/separator materials for lithium ion batteries and lithium sulfur batteries, proton-exchange membrane fuel cells, super-capacitors. I am also very interested in the fudenmantal issues on the mass transfer and charge transfer mechanisms in theses electrochemical energy storage devices through advanced experiemental methods (in-situ Raman, XRD and UV-vis ) and theretical methods (eg. First-principle calculation). I have published over 20 papers as the first authorco-first authors in high-impact journals. and published more than 50 papers as a co-author. Students with chemistry, physics and material background are welcome to join in our group. I also appreciate any types of Collabrations  all over the world, with the aim to "Research for a Better World”.
