    个人简介

     

    程子扬,博士,IEEE高级会员(IEEE Senior Member),电子科技大学信息与通信工程学院研究员,入选电子科技大学“百人计划”。在IEEE Trans. on SP、IEEE J-SAC、 IEEE J-STSP、 IEEE Trans. on  WC、 IEEE Trans. on  AES、IEEE Trans. on  VT、ICASSP等权威期刊和会议上发表论文逾100篇,其中一作SCI论文19篇(含IEEE旗舰Trans期刊16篇),通信作者SCI论文30篇,Google学术引用2400次(截止2025年10月),H因子25,合著《分布式跨域预警雷达协同探测》专著一本,撰写英文专著一章,2023~2025年连续入选斯坦福大学全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单,荣获国防科技进步二等奖、中国电子学会自然科学奖三等奖(牵头)、《雷达学报》2022年度优秀论文奖(通信作者论文),2023年深圳市优秀科技学术论文成果奖(第一作者论文)主持承担国家级项目10余项(含国家自然青年基金/面上、军科委基础加强、国防XX6子课题、乾元实验室基金等省部级项目4项、研究所横向10余项(含华为、中电14所、中电29所、航天504所、航天十院等),主持项目总经费逾3500万。作为第二负责人主研国家自然基金重点、JKW创新特区重点项目、装发、空装预研等国家级重点项目,入选2019年“博士后创新人才支持计划”,入选首届“雷达未来之星”(全国仅10人)。担任雷达信号处理领域权威期刊IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems (TAES), IEEE Signal Processing Letters (SPL),IET Signal Processing编委,  中文核心期刊《雷达学报》、《电讯技术》、《海军航空大学学报》青年编委,以及IEEE Trans.on SP, IEEE J-STSP等国际权威期刊审稿人。目前主要研究领域包括: 毫米波雷达通信一体化设计,MIMO雷达波形设计,分布式雷达系统,优化理论及其应用,低精度量化信号处理等。
