教育背景 2006.09-2011.06 美国麻省理工学院,材料科学与工程专业,博士学位 2004.09-2006.07 清华大学, 材料科学与工程专业,硕士学位 2000.09-2004.07 清华大学, 材料科学与工程专业,学士学位工作履历 2013.02-今 电子科技大学微电子与固体电子学院,教授 2011.04-2013.01 Micron Technology Inc.,新型存储器工程师学术兼职 OSA, SPIE, MRS, IEEE Member荣誉奖励 2015年 国家自然科学基金委优青项目负责人 2014年 教育部创新团队成员 2013年 第三批国家“青年千人计划”入选 集成光学材料与器件 集成化和小型化是未来光学系统发展的主要方向。集成光学系统的发展,使分立的光学材料和器件逐渐演变为微纳尺度的片上集成系统。在微纳尺度下,光与功能材料的相互作用呈现出块体材料中不具备的丰富科学问题和奇异光学特性。本小组致力于研究微纳尺度下光与功能材料的相互作用机制,实现重要功能光电,光磁材料和器件的片上集成,推动其在光通信,光互连,集成光学传感器件等领域应用。目前的研究方向包括: 1. 磁性氧化物薄膜材料及集成磁光子器件磁性氧化物薄膜材料由于其光学性质可随磁场调控的特征,及独特的光学非互易性,是应用于磁场传感,成像,光通信/光互连非互易光学器件的重要材料。但目前这些器件均未实现片上集成。我们研究磁性氧化物薄膜的片上集成技术,及在微纳光学结构和光波导器件中磁性氧化物自旋与光的相互作用,实现集成磁光子器件在传感和通信领域的应用。我们同时探索磁性氧化物材料与其他材料如二维半导体材料,拓扑绝缘体材料的相互作用,通过近邻效应,自旋注入等调控这些材料的光学性质,发展新型集成磁光子器件。我们采用激光分子束外延,第一性原理计算,电子束曝光,微纳光波导测试平台,微区可见光/近红外/中远红外光谱分析和磁光谱分析进行材料理论仿真,薄膜制备,器件仿真,制备和测试的一系列工作。 2. 相变材料及捷变集成光控器件VO2, GST等材料具有温控/电控相变的独特性质,这使材料结构和电导率发生极大变化,从而可以大幅度的调节材料的光学性质,将传统通过改变分立器件实现的光学性能调控,集成到单一材料中。我们研究此类材料的片上生长和器件集成技术,发展捷变集成光控器件,以实现在智能光控结构,多光谱成像,传感,辐射可调节光学器件中的应用。我们采用激光分子束外延,溅射,第一性原理计算,微区可见光/近红外/中远红外光谱分析,半导体电学分析方法等研究材料的相变过程和调控方法,实现捷变集成光控器件集成和表征。 3. 柔性功能光学材料和器件柔性和可穿戴器件是未来光电系统的重要发展方向,我们研究磁性材料,相变材料等功能光学材料及其微纳光学器件的柔性集成方法,以实现在新型传感器件,光辐射控制器件中的应用。我们采用转移打印,刻蚀等工艺实现功能材料和器件的柔性集成,并表征器件的光控和传感性能。 研究条件在国家电磁辐射控制材料工程技术研究中心(http://www.erc.uestc.edu.cn/),本小组致力于光控材料和器件方向的科研工作。目前实验室具备的科研设施包括高性能第一性原理及电磁波计算工作站(曙光),激光分子束外延及共溅射系统(荷兰TSST),场发射电镜及电子束曝光系统(JEOL, XENOS),微纳光波导测试平台(Newport,Agilent),材料物性分析系统(Cryogenic),磁光克尔平台,微区可见光/近红外/中远红外光谱分析平台,半导体分析仪(Agilent B1500)等。Selected Journal Publications (*Corresponding Author)1.
