付敏，电子科技大学研究员、博士生导师，国家级青年人才。长期从事无线通信关键技术研究，主要研究方向包括智能反射表面（RIS/IRS）、可移动天线（Movable Antenna）、无人机通信（UAV）及无线通信赋能人工智能等。在IEEE TWC、TCOM等国际权威期刊及ICC、GLOBECOM等旗舰会议发表论文20余篇，其中第一作者论文16篇。担任多个国际会议技术委员会成员及国际权威期刊审稿人。
