    Selected Projects

    1) Welding 3D quality inspection and digital system(Weld 3D sensor and quality inspection digital system design, Weld environmental parameter collection hardware design), RMB430,000, 2019-04 - 2020.08, We designed a laser-camera-based 3D welding quality detection and digital system for high-pressure gas pipe welding (up to 70MP). Besides the designed 3D laser detection box (Laser, camera and a fan), we designed another box (Raspberry) to collect many useful welding parameters with STEM32 single-chip, and the data server is with Ubuntu+MySQL+JAVA, the terminal software for the touch industrial computer is written with visual c++, and the welding quality is evaluated with deep learning(by python+Keras), PI .

    2) Automatic strati cation of oil logging, 2016.11 - 2017.11, RMB148,000, According to the measurement data of oil and gas wells and the stratification results of manual annotation, an artificial intelligence algorithm is designed to automatically stratify oil and gas wells. Our algorithm achieves an accuracy rate of more than 95%, and the stratification error is less than 0.5 meters, PI .
