个人简介

从事纳米真空集成电路研究和大功率微波应用研究,主持、参与科研项目十余项,在Applied Physics LettersACS Applied Materials & Interfaces IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices等国际学术期刊上发表学术论文30余篇,授权发明专利10项;获得中央军委、教育部、四川省等省部级以上科研奖励6次。

1)纳米真空集成电路

采用集成电路加工工艺,制备基于场发射电子源的纳米材料真空集成器件模块,应用于纳米集成真空电子源、真空集成电路纳米红外/太赫兹探测器等。研究内容包括微电子加工工艺、真空集成电路设计、纳米集成电子源仿真、器件测试分析等。


2)无人机探测和电磁兼容性能研究

    采用低成本毫米波和视频跟瞄系统相结合的方法,探测低慢小无人机及其蜂群。研究内容包括:低成本毫米波雷达硬件系统、视频和光学图像采集系统、算法和代码分析模块等;研究小无人机(及其他飞行目标)在连续频段大功率微波辐照下的稳定性和电磁兼特性,包括大功率微波信号测量硬件系统、无人机(及飞行目标)信号采集系统、智能化控制和分析系统等。

3)大功率微波应用研究

     采用固态微波射频电路,研究千瓦级大功率固态微波系统。研究射频电路、大功率射频放大器、固态微波源等。


采用民用微波炉磁控管,开发系列大功率微波应用装备,包括:家用微波炉,工业加热烘干微波炉,快速微波医用杀菌消毒设备,微波无烟艾灸理疗设备、微波等离子体手术刀等。
