    2007年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,2009被遴选为四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选。先后主持国家自然基金项目4项、973项目子课题1项、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划项目1项,作为研究骨干先后参与国家自然基金重点项目、973课题等多项。

    目前已以第一作者或通讯作者身份在NeuroImageIEEE Trans PAMIIEEE Trans IPIEEE Trans BMEphys Med Biol等国际刊物及计算机视觉领域的国际顶级会议ICCV/CVPR/ECCV等上发表(或录用)学术论文70余篇,其中SCI论文40余篇,ICCV2013的口头报告论文(oral paper1篇。他引六百余次(Google Scholar)。参编国外英文专著2部。获四川省科技进步奖1次。已申请发明专利22项,其中已授权17项。

    现任中国电子学会生物医学电子学分会副秘书长、中国计算机学会(CCF)计算机视觉专委会委员、中国自动化学会生物控制论与生物医学工程专业委员会委员、中国电子学会高级会员,是IEEE Senior Member,担任IEEE Trans on PAMI / IP / MI / EC 等国际重要刊物及ICCV/CVPR/ECCV等国际重要会议的审稿人。

 

  目前的主要研究方向是:

 1)大脑视觉系统的信息处理机制、计算机建模及其在计算机视觉(图像/视频处理)中的应用;

 2)医学物理中的智能优化方法与应用(如IMRT/IGRT等)。
