个人简介Personal Profile

研究方向为凝聚态物理与低维功能材料器件、薄膜技术与电子结构、外延生长和表界面特性、新能源材料。取得了一系列高质量科研成果:揭示了氧化物分子束外延生长的缺陷形成机理;发现了晶体对称性破缺诱发长程磁(铁电)有序;揭示了氧化物二维电子气异质结的界面电子结构调控低维材料的光电催化特性。目前已在Physical Review Letters, Nano Energy, Nano Letters, Advanced Functional Materials, Appl.Cata.B, ACS Nano等国际一流期刊发表研究论文80余篇,其中包括3篇杂志封面(底),2篇英国物理学会及皇家化学学会热点论文,8篇美国国家实验室热点论文,论文被引用2300余次,h-index=25;先后多次受邀在国际会议、美国高校和国家实验室等做特邀或口头报告,被新闻网络媒体和国际学术研究会报导十余次。 

担任Scientific ReportsFrontiers in Materials Nature Publishing Group)、Journal of Materials Science and Engineering A & B等国际期刊的编委会成员;担任国家自然科学基金、教育部长江学者、教育部自然科学成果奖等项目评审;担任美国国家同步辐射光源中心项目和英国皇家化学学会奖项评审;欧洲材料学会春季年会分会场主席。并长期兼任Nano LettersPhysical Review Letters等国际顶尖期刊的邀请审稿人。
