吴亚飞，国家级青年人才，先后获得中国科协“青年人才托举工程”、香江学者、中国电子教育学会优秀博士学位论文、小米青年学者、四川省科技进步二等奖等荣誉奖励。博士师从程钰间教授（IEEE Fellow），曾工作于新加坡国立大学和香港理工大学（Research Fellow），主要从事微波毫米波电路与天线相关研究，主持国家重点研发计划课题、自然科学基金、华为与小米科技合作等项目。在本领域顶级期刊IEEE TAP、TMTT发表论文20余篇（1作12篇），一篇TAP提名IEEE天线与电波传播协会R. W. King论文奖，并多次在国内外获学术奖励：第48届欧洲微波会议“青年工程师奖”（大陆首位）、中国首届微波周“林为干教育基金优秀论文奖”、国际电磁研讨会优秀论文奖等，授权中国专利13项，美国专利1项，实施许可1项，部分成果被中电等研究所和星网等企业转化应用。获全国博士后创新创业大赛“金奖”，全国创新创业优秀博士后，第一指导老师指导学生获中国国际大学生创新大赛（原“互联网+”）金奖（排位赛全国第二名2/110金奖），全国挑战杯竞赛“特等奖”和中国微波周全国微波毫米波设计比赛一等奖和三等奖，IEEE IWMS-AMP2025最佳学生论文奖（第一名1/356）、AP-S2023最佳论文奖（5/1386）和AP-S2025 Honorable Mention Award 、UCMMT2025最佳论文奖等。现担任SCI期刊Microwave and Optical Technology Letters期刊副主编、担任ISAP2026 TPC主席、IEEE IMWS-AMP2025 和ACES-China2026 TPC共主席、 RFIT2024出版主席，APMC、APCAP、EuCAP等国际会议分会主席。还曾获中国大学生年度人物提名奖、成电杰出学生（研究生）等荣誉。
