RESEARCH AREAS & INTERESTS

  • Modeling of high frequency transistors, including MOSFET, BICMOS, InP HBT, GaAs/GaN/InP HEMT, Graphene FET and Diamond FET, using numerical and equivalent circuits methods. 

  • Microwave and millimeter wave integrated circuits, include flexible process, low-temperature cofired ceramics(LTCC), MMIC, and hetero-structure integrated  technologies.  

  • Resonant Micro/Nano-electromechanical Systems (MEMS & NEMS), for RF/Microwave Devices and Flexible Sensors and Transducers
