Peng Yang received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electronic engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China, in 2001, 2008, and 2011, respectively. From 2009 to 2010, he was a Research Assistant with the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, The University of Hong Kong (HKU). From 2015 to 2016, he was a Visiting Scholar with the Department of Electronic and Computer Science, The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). He is currently an Associate Professor with UESTC. His current research interests include antenna theory and design, array synthesis methods, array signal processing algorithms and hardware design. In recent years, he was found by several national level research projects including the NSFC project, The National Key and Research and Development Program of China, National key scientific and technological project, Fok Ying Tung Education Foundation, Science and Technology Planning Project, etc. He is the author or coauthor of over 40 papers, with over 200 citations cited by others.
