经历概述
张红帅,教授,博士生导师、硕士生导师,入选国家级青年人才项目,电子科技大学“百人计划”项目。
本硕毕业于西安交通大学,博士毕业于澳门大学模拟与混合信号超大规模集成电路全国重点实验室(AMSV)。
专注于混合集成电路设计,研究对象涉及模数转换器、滤波器、放大器、带隙基准、低压差线性稳压器、
频率综合器和高速接口等电路,主攻各类型高性能模数转换器设计。
近年来发表学术论文专利20余篇,其中ISSCC 3篇、CICC 2篇、ASSCC 1篇、JSSC 2篇、TCAS-I 3篇、
TCAS-II 1篇等。
主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目(c类)、华为横向项目等。
担任IEEE JSSC、OJSSC、TCAS-I、SSCL、TCAS-II、IET EL等国际期刊审稿人。
受邀去中国台湾阳明交通大学访学并参观台积电总部。

Haoyu Wu received the B.E. degree in School of Microelectronic, Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an,
China, in 2024(ranking the 5th). He is currently pursuing the M.S. degree with School of Integrated
Circuit Science and Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC),
Chengdu, China. His current research interests include energy efficient ADC and high-resolution ADC.
巫浩宇,2024年本科毕业于西安交通大学微电子学院,获得工学学士学位(排名第五)。他目前于电子科技
大学集成电路科学与工程学院攻读硕士学位,主要研究方向为低功耗ADC和高精度ADC。

朱恩德(直博) 本科学校:四川大学
Ende is expected to receive the B.S. degree from Sichuan University, Chengdu, China in 2025, where
his comprehensive rank is 5th in the Department of Microelectronics. He is meant to pursue the
Ph.D. degree in University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. His research interests
include high speed data converter design and SC operational-amplifier topology. He was a recipient
of the Sichuan University scholarship in 2022, the Excellent Student Officer in 2023, the Excellent
Student in 2024, the Excellent Graduates in 2024. He has been achieving high marks for most
analog IC design courses, including Integrated Circuit Designs Basis, Analysis and Design of Analog
Integrated Circuit and Analog Electronic Technology.
朱恩德,目前本科以综合成绩第五于四川大学物理学院微电子科学与工程专业取得推免资格。他预计于
2025年本科毕业并进入电子科技大学集成电路学院攻读博士学位,主要研究方向是高速高精度模数转换
器设计和开关电容放大器拓扑结构的研究。本科阶段,他曾连续3年获得四川大学综合二等奖学金、2023
年度四川大学优秀学生干部2022年度和2024年度四川大学优秀学生、2024年度四川大学优秀毕业生。

杜翔 本科学校:电子科技大学
Du Xiang is currently pursuing the B.S. degree from UESTC, China, where he ranked 5% in the first
six semesters. He will pursue the M.S. degree under guidance of Prof. Hongshuai Zhang after
receiving B.S. degree. His research interest includes high-resolution and high-speed data converter.
He was a recipient of the National Scholarship in 2024, National Encouragement Scholarship in
2023 and the Outstanding Student Scholarship of UESTC from 2022 to 2024. He has also received
the honorable title of Outstanding Graduates of Sichuan Province. He has received the second prize
of China College IC Competition in the southwest region.

续攻读硕士学位,主要研究方向为高速高精度模数转换器设计。本科阶段,他曾获得2024年国家奖学金、

杨新宇 本科学校:电子科技大学
Xinyu Yang is currently pursuing the Bachelor of Engineering degree in the School of Integrated
Circuit Science and Engineering at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China,
where he ranks 18/155 (11%) . He is currently undergoing research training with Prof. Hongshuai
Zhang, with the research interest of analog-to-digital converter design. Also, he will become a
member of Prof. Hongshuai Zhang's group to continue his master's degree at the School of
Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering, UESTC in the future. During his undergraduate
studies, he has been awarded several scholarships and other honors, such as The First
(or Second)Prize Scholarship in 2022,2023 and 2024,and National Scholarship in 2024.
杨新宇,目前正于电子科技大学集成电路科学与工程学院攻读工学学士学位,专业排名为18/155
(11%)。他目前跟随张红帅老师进行科研训练,并推免至张红帅老师课题组,未来将继续在电子

何睿桐 本科学校:电子科技大学
Ruitong He is currently pursuing the B.S. degree from UESTC, majoring in Integrated Circuit
Design and Integrated Systems, and is ranked in the top 8% of the academic performance.
He will pursue the M.S. degree under guidance of Prof. Hongshuai Zhang, and his main research
interests include high-speed and high-resolution analog-to-digital converter design. During his
undergraduate studies, he has won several on-campus scholarships and was awarded the
Outstanding First Class Scholarship for three consecutive years from 2022 to 2024.

Zeng Fumin graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Electronic Science and

路正超 本科学校:电子科技大学
Lu Zhengchao graduated with a B.S. degree in Integrated Circuit Design and Integrated
Systems from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and is
currently pursuing a M.S. degree in Integrated Circuit Engineering at the same university.
During his undergraduate studies, he ranked in the top 30% overall. His undergraduate
thesis was on the research and design of high-precision pressure-temperature sensor
circuits, mainly focusing on board-level signal conditioning circuit design. His main
research direction is high-precision analog-to-digital converter design, especially
noise-shaping SAR ADC design, and he primarily studied the design of a second-order
noise-shaping SAR ADC through testing. During his undergraduate studies, he was
awarded the 2022/2023 Model Student Scholarship.
路正超,本科毕业于电子科技大学集成电路设计与集成系统专业,目前硕士就读于电子
科技大学集成电路工程专业,本科期间综合排名前30%。本科毕业论文课题为高精度
压力-温度传感器电路研究与设计,主要是板级电路方面的信号调理电路设计,主要研究
方向为高精度模数换器设计,重点是噪声整形SAR ADC设计,主要通过测试学习了一款
二阶噪声整形SAR ADC设计。本科阶段曾获2022/2023年标兵奖学金。

董晴 本科学校:电子科技大学
Dong Qing is currently pursuing the B.S. degree from the University of Electronic
Science and Technology of China (UESTC). She ranked among the top 15% in her
first semester and was selected for the UESTC "Strengthening the Core and Forging
the Soul" Program. She has joined the research group of Prof. Hongshuai Zhang in
advance and will continue to pursue the M.S. degree after completing her
undergraduate studies. Her research interest focuses on the design of high-speed
and high-precision analog-to-digital converters. She plans to further her academic
career in the future, maintaining a strong research interest in analog integrated
circuit design, particularly in high-speed and high-precision data converters.
Currently, she is actively strengthening her foundation in mathematics, physics,
and specialized knowledge, while preparing to participate in academic
competitions and research projects to accumulate solid achievements in her
subsequent studies.

计划,现已提前进入张红帅老师课题组,将在本科毕业后继续攻读硕士学位,主要研究
