毕磊,电子科技大学二级教授、博导,国家级高层次人才,国家自然科学基金委优青。

 

2000-2004   清华大学               学士

2004-2006   清华大学               硕士

2006-2011   麻省理工学院        博士

2011-2013   美光科技(Micron)  工程师

2013-至今    电子科技大学        教授

 

主要从事非互易光学、硅基光电子学、光学超表面领域研究。近五年,以通讯作者在Nature Electron., Nature Mater., Nature Commun., Optica等期刊发表学术论文90余篇。获授权国家发明专利13项、美国发明专利7项。现任中国材料研究学会青年委员会理事、中国材学会超材料分会理事,InfoMat期刊编委,任Nature等期刊审稿人。

 

2013年至今培养博士毕业生7人,硕士毕业生21人。学生获评成电杰出学生1人、获王大珩光学奖1人、获唐立新奖学金1人、5名博士/博士后毕业/出站后在高校任教,多人获评四川省和电子科技大学优秀毕业生。学生进一步深造的主要去向为:Stanford University、Columbia University、Northeastern University、Tokyo Institute of Technology、香港大学、清华大学等;学生就业的单位包括:华为、台积电、字节跳动、中兴通讯、中国电科集团、中科院光电技术研究所、张江国家实验室、之江实验室、电子科技大学、苏州大学、成都信息工程大学等
