摘要:Melanoma, a highly aggressive tumor, presents substantial therapeutic challenges. Although imaging-guided photodynamic therapy (PDT) has emerged as a promising treatment approach, conventional photosensitizers (PSs) suffer from aggregation-caused quenching (ACQ) and hypoxia-induced therapeutic resistance.
