陈飞良,男,1987年生,博士,副研究员、硕士生导师。本科毕业于西安交通大学,博士毕业于中科院上海技术物理研究所。主要研究方向为新型纳米空气沟道高频光电器件、光电融合毫米波太赫兹信息技术、半导体室温单光子源、新型光量子加密与认证技术等。在Adv. Funct. Mater.、IEEE Wirel. Commun.、Adv. Sci.等SCI期刊发表论文60余篇,国际会议论文30余篇,授权发明专利30余项,发表英文著作1章节。担任IEEE Wirel. Commun.、Advanced Science、Optica、APL等期刊审稿人以及Frontiers in Materials、Materials等SCI期刊客座编辑,中国物理学会、电子学会、仿真学会会员。作为项目负责人先后承担自然基金面上等国家级科研项目6项,参与10余项,获2022年度中国辐射防护学会科学技术奖一等奖。
