Our team is dedicated to the research areas of natural computing inspired nanobiosensing, molecular communications inspired nanomedicine, electromagnetic medical imaging and sensing, wearable devices and wireless health monitoring, etc. Those topics are the cross fields of electronics engineering, information engineering, and biomedical engineering, which are closely related to the subjects like ICT, AI, micro/nanorobotics, bioimaging and bioelectronics, biomedical information systems and technologies, and nanomedicine. Our team currently includes a research associate professor, a senior engineer, two long-term visiting scholars, as well as multiple postdocs, PhD students and master students. Meanwhile, we also maintain long-term collaborations with many renowned research teams around the world. Recent research projects: (1) ICT-inspired tumor detection, imaging, and drug delivery with micro/nanorobots; (2) Low-cost, lightweight medical examination systems using microwave imaging and sensing technologies; (3) Wearable home monitoring and AI for healthcare.
