 发表集成电路、微波领域IEEE TMTT、JSSC、TCAS-I、MWCL等期刊论文及IEEE ISSCC、CICC、RFIC、IMS等国际会议42篇;申请/授权专利16项,其中3项美国授权专利。主持国家863、国家自然科学基金等项目,主研国家“十三五”重点预研、国家自然科学基金重点、工业界合作项目等十多个项目,设计多款高性能宽带相控阵发射机、数字功率放大器等芯片并成功转产。曾获2018年IEEE MTT-Society Graduate Fellowship Award(中国首次),2016年、2019年IEEE RFIT最佳论文奖,2015年、2018年IEEE IWS最佳论文奖。兼任 IEEE TMTT、TCAS-I、MWCL、TVLSI等期刊审稿人,兼任IEEE国际无线会议(IWS)、IEEE ISAP等4个国际会议技术委员会委员。指导学生获得2017年、2018年、2019年IEEE IMS最佳学生设计竞赛奖等。

    主要研究方向为:CMOS全集成数字发射机,数字功率放大器,射频/微波/毫米波/THz集成电路与系统,片上智能感知相控阵无线传输系统,一体化可重构无源集成电路与系统等。
