学术经历：     IEEE Fellow

个人简介：     1989年和1993年分别获得吉林大学电子工程系学士和博士学位。1994年1月至1997年7月在清华大学、新加坡南洋理工大学及美国马里兰大学从事博士后研究，2002年12月至2003年12 月在美国斯坦福大学电子工程系作访问学者。曾任新加坡科技局资讯通信研究院首席科学家。2010年当选IEEE Fellow， 2014荣获 IEEE Jack Neubauer Memorial Award， 并被Thomson Reuters 授予Highly Cited Researchers “高被引用科学家”称号。 荣获国家自然科学奖四等奖、国家教委科技进步一等奖、吉林省科技进步一等奖、新加坡IES杰出工程成就奖等奖项。2011年及2012年分别当选IEEE Vehicular Technology Society和IEEE Communications Society杰出讲座人（Distinguished Lecturer）。现任IEEE 通信学会认知网络专业分会主席、IEEE Signal Processing Magazine编委会成员。曾任IEEE JSAC认知无线电系列（Cognitive Radio Series）主编、IEEE TWC副编辑、IEEE TVT副编辑、IEEE JSAC 认知无线电专刊客座编辑。 

科研项目：     主要研究领域：认知无线电及认知网络、宽带无线通信理论及技术、通信及网络大数据、随机矩阵理论、通信信号处理等。
