乔梁教授是英国皇家化学学会会士(FRSC),目前担任电子科技大学物理学院教授、凝聚态物理研究所所长,国家青年人才计划、四川省人才计划和四川省杰青入选者。

研究方向:凝聚态物理与功能材料、能源器件、电子信息的前沿交叉与应用研究,包括:超导磁性物理、低维量子材料、光电磁功能材料器件、薄膜技术与电子结构、外延生长与表界面调控、新能源材料器件等。取得了一系列高质量科研成果:首次发现了镍基超导母体的电荷密度波;揭示了氧化物分子束外延生长的缺陷形成机理;发现了晶体对称性破缺诱发长程磁(铁电)有序;揭示了氧化物二维电子气异质结的界面电子结构;调控低维材料的光电催化特性。目前已在NatureNature MaterialsMatterPhysical Review LettersAdvanced MaterialsAdvanced Functional MaterialsApplied Catalysis BNano EnergyNano Letters、 ACS Nano等国际一流期刊发表研究论文140余篇,其中包括10篇ESI高被引论文,3篇杂志封面(底),2篇英国物理学会及皇家化学学会热点论文,8篇美国国家实验室热点论文,论文被引用5000余次,H-index=40;先后多次受邀在国际会议、美国高校和国家实验室等做特邀或口头报告,被新闻网络媒体和国际学术研究会报导十余次。 

担任Scientific Reports、Frontiers in Materials (Nature Publishing Group)、Journal of Materials Science and Engineering A & B等国际期刊的编委会成员;担任国家自然科学基金、教育部长江学者、教育部自然科学成果奖等项目评审;担任美国国家同步辐射光源中心项目、英国皇家化学学会奖项评审;欧洲材料学会春季年会分会场主席。长期兼任Nature Physics、Nature Materials、Physical Review Letters、Advanced Materials等国际顶尖期刊的邀请审稿人。

团队介绍:主要从事:氧化物薄膜外延生长、电子结构和界面物性调控;超导、磁性材料;光电探测器;新能源材料与器件等方向的研究工作。题组目前已经到位的先进研究平台包括激光分子束外延系统三套、化学气相沉积系统、原位光电子能谱(ARPES/XPS)及反光电子能谱系统(IPES)、超导量子输运系统、探针台、铁电分析仪、薄膜XRD、扫描探针显微镜,多功能光电化学平台 、激光拉曼光谱仪、超高真空封管系统。
