个人简介
张净植分于2015年和2019年分获电子科技大学学士和博士学位,2019年于斯坦福大学任访问学生研究员,2020年于斯坦福大学任博士后学者。
主要研究方向为射频与毫米波集成电路设计、超大规模四维成像雷达硬件系统架构设计、毫米波通信技术研究等。近年来在集成电路、微波技术和雷达领域的顶尖期刊和会议发表过多篇论文,包括IEEE JSSC、T-MTT、MWTL、ISSCC、RFIC、IMS、Radar Conference等。曾获IEEE ISSCC Silkroad Award、IEEE SSCS Predoctoral Achievement Award、IEEE MTT-S Graduate Fellowship、全国大学生电子设计竞赛一等奖、四川省大学生电子设计竞赛一等奖、研究生国家奖学金、百人会英才奖、唐立新奖学金、四川省大学生校园足球比赛超级组(乙组)冠军等多项荣誉。目前担任IEEE JSSC、T-MTT、MWTL、SSC-L期刊审稿人。
