陈飞良,男,1987年生,博士,特聘副研究员、硕士生导师。本科毕业于西安交通大学,博士毕业于中科院上海技术物理研究所。主要研究方向为新型纳米空气沟道高频光电器件、光电融合毫米波太赫兹信息技术、半导体室温单光子源、新型光量子加密与认证技术等。在Adv. Funct. Mater.、IEEE Wirel. Commun.、J. Mater. Chem. A等SCI期刊发表论文50余篇,国际会议论文20余篇,授权发明专利20余项,发表英文著作1章节。担任IEEE Wirel. Commun.、Advanced Science、Optica、Nanophotonics、APL等期刊审稿人,中国物理学会、电子学会、仿真学会会员。
