摘要：The tumor microenvironment refers to the non-cancerous cells and components in the tumor,which plays an important role in promoting the occurrence,development,metastasis and the response to treatment of tumors.Among them,the tumor immune microenvironment(TIME)composed of immune cells and extracellular matrix has attracted much attention.These immunosuppressive components build the tumor immune barrier and promote the immune escape of tumor cells.Therefore,TIME can be used as a therapeutic target for cancer.The characteristics of TIME and the latest progress of the current targeted therapy strategy were summarized in this article,providing ideas for targeted therapy based on TIME.
