论文名称为Dual-polarized wideband plate array antenna with high polarization isolation and low cross polarization for D-band high-capacity wireless application”。本文介绍了一种用于未来固定大容量无线通信的D波段双极化宽带平板阵列天线。为了同时实现高极化隔离和宽带工作,引入了两级多模腔,由极化隔离腔和级联分度腔组成,提高了双极化天线阵列的带宽。选择TE210TE120简并模式进行谐振。通过适当的放置,将四个集成喇叭级联在一起,可以产生两个正交的线偏振模式,并具有极低的交叉偏振。为验证该设计,采用扩散键合技术制备了8×8单元阵列。从130149 GHz的增益超过24.5 dBi,且带内两个通道之间的隔离大于50 dB,交叉极化水平小45 dB。工作主要完成人程钰间、谭冯元、周明明、樊勇。

AbstractThis letter presents a dual-polarized wideband plate array antenna in D-band for future fixed high-capacity wireless communication. To achieve the high polarization isolation and wideband operation at the same time, a two-stage multimode cavity is introduced, consisting of a polarization isolation cavity and a cascaded dividing cavity. They are combined to optimize and improve the bandwidth of the dual-polarized antenna array. The TE210 and TE120 degenerate modes are selected to resonate in the cavity. They can be used to generate two orthogonal linear polarization modes with the extremely low cross polarization after cascading four integrated horns with a proper placement. To validate the design, an 8 × 8 element array is fabricated by the diffusion bonding of laminated thin copper plates technology. The gain is more than 24.5 dBi from 130 to 149 GHz. The isolation between two channels is higher than 50 dB and the cross-polarization level is below −45 dB over the whole band.
