Jie Chen received her B.S., degree in Wireless Communication from Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (CQUPT), Chongqing, China, in 1994, and her M.S. degree in Communication and Information Systems from CQUPT in 2002, and received the Ph.D. degrees in Communication and Information Systems from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2008, respectively. She was in HUAWEI technologies, co., Ltd, from 2008 to 2012. She has been an associate professor at UESTC, since 2012. Her current research focuses on wireless communication network and cognitive radio.
