1. 线粒体动力学是指线粒体处于融合(fusion)与裂解(fission)的动态平衡。肿瘤中广泛存在着线粒体动力学的失调,且线粒体动力学相关蛋白在肿瘤中表达异常。我们将探索线粒体代谢调控蛋白表达的改变对线粒体动力学的影响,进而深入研究二者调控肿瘤发生、发展及转移的作用机制。
2. 核受体是全球第二大药物设计靶标。核受体TR3/Nur77在糖尿病、癌症,老年痴呆、炎症,动脉粥样硬化等疾病的治疗中发挥着重要的作用;同时TR3/Nur77具有典型的核受体特征,因而是一个良好的药物开发靶标。我们将以核受体TR3/Nur77为靶点,进行抗肿瘤药物筛选及作用机制研究。
