  • 熊奎,男,博士,电子科技大学师资博士后,IEEE会员,中国电子学会会员。长期从事复杂环境多雷达协同博弈理论与方法研究,入选2024年度国家“博新计划”,作为项目负责人主持某委重大基础研究项目子课题和博后面上项目,作为项目骨干参与某委重点基础研究、某部重大基础研究、国家自然科学重点基金等国家级重点项目多项。在本领域高水平期刊和会议上发表学术论文48篇,其中以第一作者在IEEE TCYB和IEEE TAES等权威期刊发表SCI论文14篇(IEEE Trans系列论文10篇),申请国家发明专利二十余项。担任IEEE TSP\TAES\TGRS\TAP\TNNLS\TCYB\TSMC\雷达学报等四十余个国际期刊审稿人,共同组织2026年第10届亚太数字信号处理会议(APDSP2026)特别专题"机器学习赋能的智能感知和先进信号处理技术"。曾获博士\硕士研究生国家奖学金、省级优秀博士\硕士毕业生、重庆市优秀硕士学位论文等多项奖励和荣誉。
