个人简介

国家级青年人才,教授,博士生导师。原美国新墨西哥州立大学助理教授,研究领域为集成电路设计,面向通用型模拟/数模混合/数字集成电路设计,具体针对生理信号感知前端芯片、传感器前端集成芯片、及轻量化人工智能芯片设计等方面。主持国家自然科学基金委、某基金、国家重点研发计划子课题等项目,总科研经费超1000万元。在集成电路领域高水平期刊会议上发表论文30余篇,包含芯片设计旗舰会议CICCRFIC,及领域内旗舰期刊IEEE JSSC、TCAS-I、JETCAS、TBioCAS、TBME、TAI等。担任IEEE柔性与可穿戴电路与系统国际标准委员会委员,及UNIC-CASS开源通用化集成电路委员会委员等学术任职,以及担任人工智能电路与系统国际会议IEEE AICAS、BioCAS分会主席,集成电路国际会议GLSVLSI TPC委员等学术任职。获美国NMSU Merit-based Enhancement Award等科研奖励。


研究方向:生理信号感知前端芯片设计;传感器前端集成芯片设计;通用型模拟/数模混合芯片设计;轻量化人工智能数字芯片设计



学生要求:

   1)对于模拟/数模混合芯片及传感器集成前端芯片领域,要求:熟悉集成电路设计相关理论基础及软件使用,包括Cadence virtuoso等;

   2)对于面向生理感知、轻量化人工智能芯片及系统领域,要求:信号处理、人工智能相关理论基础及相关软件使用,数字集成电路设计基础、Verilog及python等;

   3)最重要的要求:成绩没那么重要,不满足要求1和2但有其他的能看到科研潜力亮点的同学也非常欢迎。这个课题组看中人品端正、拥有足够的对科研的自驱力、以及善于交流和团结合作的能力。


  (加一点解释:这个课题组觉得,本科成绩或者考研成绩在这里仅作为本科阶段学习能力的基本考量,是对做科研的基础加成而非保障,研究生阶段需要对技术有足够的热情和耐性;同时,没有足够的自驱力,朝十二晚五,很难在未来的激烈竞争里……)
